If you are not satisfied with your item(s) or you believe there is an error, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item(s). We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Replacement or Refunds of 3D Print(s) and Waxed Models

We understand that 3D printing/Waxed Model errors can be frustrating and time-consuming to fix. To ensure that we can help you as quickly as possible, we ask that you report any 3D printing/Waxed Model errors within 48 hours of receiving them. This will help us to identify and resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
